A Warm Welcome Back to Attorney Matt Whorthen

The law firm of Eaton Peabody is pleased to welcome back to the firm attorney Matt Worthen. Matt re-joins Eaton Peabody where he practiced from 2004-2013 and was recognized by Super Lawyers in the field real estate law.

Matt is a member of the firm’s real estate and corporate practice groups, and provides a wide range of transactional advice to businesses. Matt routinely advises banks and borrowers in complex business loans and construction financing andrepresents companies of all sizes in transactions and real estate law issues, including negotiating the purchase and sale of real estate and business assets, creation and structure of real estate holding and operating companies, and real estate development and leasing projects. 

A large portion of Matt’s practice involves negotiating and drafting commercial leases and the creation of condominiums and subdivision. Matt provides advice to businesses across multiple industries, including banks and finance, timberlands, commercial and residential real estate development, seafood and aquaculture, manufacturing, healthcare, wind and hydro power and natural resources, and small and family owned businesses.
