Bath Savings Institution Announces Two Promoted to Senior Vice President

Bath, Maine (February 23, 2015) – Bath Savings Institution’s President & CEO Glenn Hutchinson announced the promotion of two bank officers to Senior Vice Presidents.
 
Theresa Hodge of Topsham has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender. With 30 years of banking and commercial finance management experience, Theresa has managed venture capital funds, loan portfolios and all lending programs during her years at the Finance Authority of Maine, Coastal Enterprises, Inc. and over 12 years with Bath Savings. She is a graduate of USM and holds a MBA from Thomas College.  
 
Julie Wagoner of Yarmouth has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Community Development and Commercial Lending. Wagoner has over 30 years of banking experience and has been with Bath Savings for 15 years. Julie is a graduate of Bates College with a degree in Mathematics and is currently attending the New England School of Banking at Babson College. Wagoner will lead the bank’s Community Development area and serve as the Community Reinvestment Act Officer.
