Chamber Regional Luncheons provide time for networking, a tasty lunch served tableside and a presentation. The Menu for March is: tossed green salad and pasta Bolognese. Please choose vegetarian on registration form which is Pasta with a three Cheese Marinara Sauce.

Our speaker for the March Luncheon is Steve Levesque, Executive Director of the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority. Come find out what's new with Brunswick's former base, now known as Brunswick Landing and also the Topsham Commerce Park. Since NASB closed in 2011, redevelopment at Brunswick Landing and Topsham Commerce Park continues to have a positive economic impact. To date, this project has attracted more than $150 million in private investment and added $65 million to local property tax valuation while the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority continues to outpace its 2005 BRAC peers.

As the Executive Director of the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA), Steve oversees the implementation of the Reuse Master Plans for Naval Air Station Brunswick (NASB) and the Topsham Annex. Steve has nearly 30 years’ experience in land use planning, community and economic development, environmental services and business management (private and public).
