As part of the ongoing Ounce of Prevention series, Mid Coast Senior Health Center will host a presentation by Dr. Florin Olteanu, Medical Director for Mid Coast Senior Health Center and CHANS Home Health Care. “Successful Aging” will be held Monday, April 13, from 11 a.m. to noon at Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive in Brunswick.

Through debunking the myths of aging, Dr. Olteanu will discuss engaging in an active lifestyle to challenge mental and physical functioning, and disease management to assist older adults in maintaining good health.

The Ounce of Prevention is a free monthly series, open to the public, providing education about health and healthcare issues sponsored by Mid Coast Senior Health Center.
