Managing & Leading Through the Generations!
Join the Mid Coast Edge for our first Professional Development Panel as we look at managing and leading through the different generations that makeup our current workforce. We will be joined by BEK CEO Gil Buthlay, Cool As A Moose Web Store Manager & Marketing Coordinator Emily Cromwell and Androscoggin Bank CEO Paul Andersen.
These leaders will discuss the differences and similarities in managing and leading from the Baby Boomers to the Millennials, how to lead people older/younger than you, how they have had to adapt their leadership styles if at all and lots more. There will be a question and answer session at the end. Then join us at Aki as we continue the discussion and get to know one another.
This panel is free to attend and is open to anyone no matter what generation you fall in.
