Ounce of Prevention- Pain Free Gardening

Mid Coast Senior Health Center will host a free Ounce of Prevention presentation by Lori Gagnon, PT, with Mid Coast Hospital Rehabilitation. “Pain Free Gardening” will be held Monday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to noon at Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive in Brunswick.
An avid gardener/physical therapist will show you how to keep your back healthy and pain-free while spring-time planting and gardening. Learn essential stretches, ergonomic gardening tools, and how to safely to perform common springtime gardening tasks. FMI: 207-373-4656
