As part of the ongoing free Ounce of Prevention series, Mid Coast Senior Health Center will host a presentation by Peter H. Hutchinson, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon with Mid Coast Medical Group–Orthopedics and Stephen Vance, PT, CHT, Manager of the Orthopedic Therapy Center at Mid Coast Medical Group–Orthopedics. “Keeping Your Hands Well” will take place on Tuesday, July 9, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive in Brunswick.
The presentation will assist older adults in identifying the signs and symptoms of common hand problems, explain ways to manage symptoms, discuss when to seek medical care, and review treatment options for common hand problems.
