A Brunswick Tavern tradition, we're excited to welcome Allagash Brewery to our our next Beer Dinner. Taste your way through a delicious four course meal prepared by Chef Pendexter and enjoy a unique, local Allagash brew with each course.

Starter
Pork Belly Potato Skins
Pineland Farms Cheese Curd with Crispy Pork Belly Stuffed in a Petit Potato Skin
Paired with Allagash Saison, a classic Belgian Farmhouse Style with citrus and a peppery spice, full bodied with a dry finish

Course 1
Local Mussels
Maine Rope Grown Mussels steamed with Allagash White, Garlic, Lemon and Chorizo
Paired with Allagash White, a Belgian Wheat spiced with coriander and orange peel

Course 2
Beer Cheddar & Broccoli
Served in an Artisan Bread Bowl
Paired with Allagash Hugh Malone, a Belgian Style IPA with citrus, fruit, pine and spicy notes

Course 3
Bratwurst and Sauerkraut
Served with a Crusty Roll and complemented with a Tangy House Made Beer Mustard
Paired with Allagash Curieux, bourbon barrel aged with coconut and vanilla notes and hints of bourbon

Course 4
Molasses Cookie Sandwich
Gelato Fiasco's Vanilla Gelato sandwiched between two House Made Molasses Cookies
Paired with Allagash Black, a Belgian Style Stout with coffee and dark chocolate notes
