Make Conflict a Positive Force! 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM SNHU Auditorium, 10 Tibbets Drive, Ste. 200 , Brunswick, ME
Unaddressed and poorly managed conflict has a high cost for organizations and individuals, often the source of low morale and lost productivity. Conflict in organizations is inevitable and that is not necessarily bad. When managed skillfully, human differences can be the source of creative solutions, enhanced relationships and healthy workplaces.
Participants in this experiential and interactive workshop will learn and practice a method and set of skills for making the most of conflict. Take-Away's include skills you can use with your own teams and organizations and some that you can teach others.

Maximize your learning by coming with an example of workplace or community conflict in which you've been involved or that has impacted you.
This workshop is designed for any level of worker or occupation.
