This course is targeted toward people who need to convince others and who have others trying to convince them: to listen; to buy; to participate. In short, everybody!

Participants will take away personal negotiating strategies, and approaches and tactics that are easy to understand and to put in to practice, through activities that are neither demanding nor intimidating.

Jim Milliken, PMP, is a consultant and coach who specializes in helping individuals and organizations become more productive and communicate more effectively for the past 30 years. The goal is always higher quality of output with reduced quantity of input. For the organization, that means economy of resources and maximization of value. For the individual, it means reduction of waste and hassle, better results, greater satisfaction and more success.
