This special roundtable discussion on the needs of the workforce is so the SMMC can hear from you what are the factors effecting businesses in the region from finding the workforce they need.  The key question for the roundtable will be this: "What are the major factors preventing you from finding the right employee?"  The SMMC has identified 8 key factors that will be introduced at the meeting, but in an effort to not dictate the answers, we want attendees to come in the room with their own ideas and see if they match up with what the SMMC Board had identified.
