Through the Train the Trainer webinars, our goal is to provide you -- our colleagues and partners -- with the basic information you need regarding SBIR/STTR programs along with tips and techniques which will help you identify technology-based companies that may be a good fit to SBIR/STTR programs and for referral to MTI's SBIR/STTR Technical Assistance Program (TAP). Finally, we will be asking for your feedback on an assessment tool to help gauge a company's possible fit with SBIR/STTR programs and ask you to identify potential companies to join our general SBIR/STTR workshops planned for December and January.

Mid Coast Hospital’s Community Health and Wellness department is pleased to announce the Running Start program at Bowdoin College has returned.
Led by Clinical Exercise Physiologists, the supervised fitness program has two parts. The track program incorporates proper warm-up techniques, stretching, calisthenics and aerobic exercises tailored to individual needs. The pool program offers shallow water aerobics and/or lap swimming.
Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays. The track program runs from 8 to 9 a.m., while the pool program goes from 9 to 10 a.m.
