BAR HARBOR BANK & TRUST RECOGNIZES EMPLOYEES FOR YEARS OF SERVICE

 At Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s annual employee recognition dinner, the following employees and directors were recognized for their years of service at the Bank.  In addition, several employees were acknowledged for their continuing education achievements. 

 

Maureen Lord, VP/Regional Branch Relationship Manager (Lubec), was recognized for 25 years of service to Bar Harbor Bank & Trust.  Dawn Nason, Internal Audit Officer (Ellsworth), was recognized for 20 years of service. 

Several employees were recognized for 15 years of service at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust including Carolyn Lynch, VP/Audit (Ellsworth); Penny Brady, Customer Service Center Specialist (Ellsworth); Debbie Cummings, Regional Customer Service Manager (Northeast Harbor); Joe Pratt, Managing Director of Bar Harbor Trust Services (Bangor); Deborah Maffucci, AVP/Finance & Accounting (Bar Harbor); Jeanie Howie, Personal Banker (Bar Harbor); Joshua Radel, Chief Investment Officer of Bar Harbor Trust Services (Ellsworth); Sonya Mitchell, Managing Director & Financial Consultant with Bar Harbor Financial Services (Ellsworth); Kelli Hall, Customer Service Specialist (Lubec); Katy Bryer, Bar Harbor Trust Services Specialist (Ellsworth); and Stacie Alley, AVP/Managed Assets (Ellsworth).

 Recognized for 10 years of service at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust were Nichole Norwood, IT Security Administrator (Ellsworth); Peter Swanberg, AVP/Senior Information Management Officer (Ellsworth); Shelley Gray, Customer Service Manager (Milbridge); Clyde Lewis, Director (Ellsworth); and Lauri Fernald, Director (Mount Desert).

 Five year service awards were presented to the following Bar Harbor Bank & Trust employees: Jennifer Norton, Customer Service Representative (Ellsworth); Krystal Jordan, VP/Branch Relationship Manager (Milbridge); Kevin Crandall, Network Engineer System Officer (Ellsworth); Holly Archer, AVP/Retail & Residential Lending (Ellsworth); Dennis Kinghorn, Financial Consultant with Bar Harbor Financial Services (Ellsworth); Kristi Bates-Mitchell, Electronic Banking Specialist (Ellsworth); Dena Gatcomb, Customer Service Representative (Milbridge); Erin Baudanza, Customer Service Representative (Rockland); Tim Tunney, VP/Relationship Manager (Ellsworth); Dianne Thompson, Customer Service Manager (Blue Hill); and Adam Robertson, SVP/Middle Market Relationship Manager (Bangor).

 Two Bar Harbor Bank & Trust employees successfully completed all requirements of the Northern New England School of Banking and received a Certificate of Completion: Hillary Carter (Consumer Lending Support/Ellsworth) and Andrew Somes (Branch Relationship Manager/Winter Harbor).  The Northern New England School of Banking is a four-day residence session conducted annually in October. The school is designed as a “junior college” level program for low- to mid-level bank employees who have exhibited the capacity to advance themselves to positions of greater responsibility.

 The Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance offers certificates and diplomas in several courses of study; earned through completing numerous classes requiring many hours of study.  Susan Albee, Customer Service Manager in Machias earned four certificates (Bank Teller and Advanced Bank Teller, Customer Service Associate and Universal Banker).  Two employees earned three certificates each: Sarah Cormier, Customer Service Specialist in Machias (Advanced Bank Teller, Customer Service Associate, and Universal Banker) and Shelley Gray, Customer Service Manager in Milbridge (Bank Teller, Branch Management, and Universal Banker).  Those receiving Supervisor Certificates included Teri Stover, Core Processing Manager in Ellsworth and Peter Swanberg, AVP/Senior Information Management Officer in Ellsworth. Lynn Huffman, Customer Service Representative in Machias, and Dianne Thompson, Customer Service Manager in Blue Hill, each earned Universal Banker Certificates. Customer Service Associate Certificates were earned by both Samantha Smith, Customer Service Representative in Machias, and Julie Mockler, Customer Service Representative in Topsham.
