Eaton Peabody Announces Two New Shareholders

The law firm of Eaton Peabody is very pleased to announce that attorneys Jason Barrett and Jonathan Pottle were made shareholders of Eaton Peabody at the firm's Annual Shareholders Meeting held in January. Jason Barrett represents clients in both civil and criminal litigation matters. He also advises clients on residential real estate transactions, land use planning, and boundary disputes. Active in economic and community development, he has served on numerous city and citizen committees including the Ellsworth City Charter Commission, Ellsworth Downtown Business Association, Sustainable Ellsworth Committee, and the Ellsworth Public Library Board of Trustees, Rotary Club of Ellsworth, Maine and Knowlton Community Park Committee, Co-chair. 

Jonathan Pottle practices in the areas of municipal law and finance, land use and economic development, civil litigation and administrative proceedings, as well as alternative energy, timberlands, and natural resource law. He represents municipalities, as well as private clients before Maine courts and in local, state, and federal proceedings.
