Eaton Peabody Launches Intellectual Property Blog

Eaton Peabody’s intellectual property lawyers  have launched a blog named “IP@EP” located at www.maineintellectualproperty.com. This blog will provide news and general information about the law of trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other IP topics. Several EP attorneys with experience in the area including Alfred Frawley, Jeremy Grant, Jonathan Huntington, Berney Kubetz, and Adria LaRose are contributing new posts to the blog every week.

Jon Huntington, who leads the IP practice at EP, explained the intent and purpose of the law blog: “New and significant developments in intellectual property law are the norm these days as people and companies become more aware of their IP and realize its importance and value. The IP@EP blog will have new posts and fresh material on a wide variety of IP-related topics each week. Our goal is to post material that is informative, interesting, and relevant to businesses and the creative community in today’s economic and cultural environment.”
