Flight Deck is re-opening for “normal” service starting Monday, June 1. Cook’s Takes Flight food truck will be serving food during all operating hours.
We are committed to safe and enjoyable experience for all - and have detailed our plans to provide that below. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate the transition back to "normal", we are doing our best to ensure a responsible and healthy return to what we all crave.
- June hours will be extended to: Mon 3-8, Tues 3-8, Wed 3-8, Thurs 12-9, Fri 12-9, Sat 12-9, Sun 12-7.
- When you enter the brewery, head towards the bar as usual. The FD Crew will prepare your choice of beer, and point you to an available table which has been cleaned and sanitized. All seating will be outside, either on the patio or under our large event tent (for shade/inclement weather enjoyment!). Tables/seating options have been spaced apart by at least 6’. There are x2 (that’s right, TWO) fire pits on the patio to ensure maximum fire enjoyment as we stay socially distanced.
- Cook’s Takes Flight food truck will be setup on the patio, and will be accepting contactless payment for your choice of fresh food. We’ll be enjoying a nice reuben or fish ’n’ chips, thank you very much.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups of more than six people at this time.
- Online ordering for contactless pickup or free Home Delivery is CONTINUING. We know there are many members of our community who will not be comfortable or able to join us at the brewery - and we are committed to ensuring everyone still has the opportunity to enjoy fresh beer.
- Do not enter the brewery if you are feeling sick or unwell. That’s what free Home Delivery is for! Flight Deck and Cook’s Takes Flight Crew members are undergoing health checks before coming to work each day.
- Face coverings or masks are required and must be worn unless seated at your table.
- Respect signage in and around the brewery. It’s there for the safety of everyone, including us - the FD Crew.
- Please follow all Flight Deck Crew requests. We are so happy to be welcoming you back to the brewery, and appreciate your compassion and understanding as we work to keep everyone safe and happy!

Home Delivery – is continuing! 6 days/week to Brunswick, Topsham, Bath, West Bath, and Harpswell. Friday delivery to Portland, Falmouth, Cumberland, North Yarmouth, Yarmouth, Freeport, Durham.
Message us for deliveries close by, but outside of these listed towns - greater order minimums or timing flexibility may be required.
