Mainebiz to host Five on the Future

Mainebiz will host the Five on the Future breakfast forum, on Thursday, January 14^th. Five on the Future features a panel discussion, moderated by Mainebiz editor, Peter Van Allen, with a group of industry experts from top economists to area business leaders who will offer their insights into what regional businesses can expect in 2016.

 Keynote Economist: Jeffrey (Jeff) Fuhrer is Executive Vice President and Senior Policy Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and is responsible for the Bank’s regional and community outreach functions. Fuhrer has been active in economic research for more than two decades, and has served as an associate editor for the American Economic Review.

 Our panel includes: John Chandler, Managing Principal at BerryDunn; Pat Scully, CEO of Bernstein Shur; Heather Paquette, Vice President of Retail Operations at Hannaford Supermarkets; and David Whitney, Regional Manager of Sheridan Construction.
