Mid Coast–Parkview Health Welcomes New Vice President of Finance
and Chief Financial Officer

Brunswick, Maine – Mid Coast–Parkview Health is excited to welcome Michael Perry as its new Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.

Perry replaces Robert McCue, who previously held the position for more than 30 years before retiring October 4. The Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance is responsible for finance, accounting, revenue cycle, and patient financial services throughout the Mid Coast–Parkview Health system.

Prior to his new role in the organization, Perry acted as the Senior Director of Finance and Controller for Mid Coast–Parkview Health for 17 years. In that position, which he started in 2002, he was responsible for all accounting functions of the organization, including payroll, accounts payable and fixed assets.

He also worked for several years at private accounting firms before becoming employed by Mid Coast. His previous jobs include working as an audit manager for Baker Newman Noyes, a staff consultant for Forrest Associates, and a staff accountant for Purdy, Bingham & Burrell.

Perry holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern Maine, as well as credentials as a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Additionally, he is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

We are thrilled to utilize his expertise at the next level as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.”
