Midcoast Humane Announces Participation in the 21st Annual Freeport Fall Festival

BRUNSWICK, ME - Midcoast Humane is pleased to announce they will be hosting two events during the 21st Annual Freeport Fall Festival. While the festival runs from October 4 through October 6, both of these events will take place on Sunday, October 6.

Adoption Event: from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., we will have both dogs and cats available for immediate adoption! We will be onsite at the Veterinary Quick Care Freeport, 200 Lower Main St., Freeport. For a preview of the pets we plan to bring, please visit our website, midcoasthumane.org.

Paws Across Freeport Scavenger Hunt: Search in teams or on your own with your furry friends to discover popular and pet-themed products in local businesses. Finding these items will earn you tickets for a chance to win prizes. The scavenger hunt will begin at 11:00 a.m. Registration for each team (up to five members) is $25.00. Register on midcoasthumane.org. Pre-registered teams can stop by the Visit Freeport Info Booth by the Polo Ralph Lauren store on Main Street to pick up scavenger hunt packets. Teams will be accepted on the day of the event as well, just stop at the same info booth to register.
