Midcoast Maine's Got Talent Needs You! Applications Open

Midcoast Maine’s Got Talent 2020: Call for Participants 
 
(Brunswick, Maine) The Brunswick Rotary Club is now accepting applications for “Midcoast Maine’s Got Talent 2020!” The ninth edition of this fun and well-attended local talent show will be held on May 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the Crooker Theatre in Brunswick.  Deadline for applications is April 24, however, since the event is capped at twenty participating acts, interested parties are encouraged to apply immediately. 
 
All ages and all types of talent are welcome to apply with no entry fee. The three categories of acts include “vocalist,” “dance,” and “other/specialty.” All acts are limited to a maximum performance time two and half minutes. 
 
Once again, Curt Dale Clark, the Artistic Director of Maine State Music Theater, will as the event emcee. MSMT Interns will perform the opening number again this year.

Proceeds from this annual event benefit hundreds of area youth and families through the Brunswick Rotary Club Community Fund. The Brunswick Rotary participates in many local and international service projects and financially supports non-profit organizations that serve our community. Charitable donations have been provided to the Brunswick Teen Center, People Plus, the Swinging Bridge Fund, Midcoast Hunger Prevention, the Independence Association and various youth sports programs as well as funding the Fourth of July games on the Mall and the annual Bike Rodeo.
