"We Want Your Blood"- October 29th, 2nd Annual Blood Drive supporting the American Red Cross
“We Want Your Blood” – for good reason of course! The Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce’s Ambassadors and Bill Dodge Hyundai are hosting their 2nd Annual blood drive on Tuesday, October 29th from 12-5pm at Bill Dodge Hyundai on 262 Bath Rd. Brunswick.
Did you know- 1 pint of blood can save up to 3 lives? Every 2 seconds someone needs a blood transfusion? 5 million patients in the US need blood every year?
We hope you will consider joining us and donating blood! We were successful last year in collecting 33 units of blood and this year we are looking to collect 48 units since Bill Dodge Hyundai has graciously donated their showroom versus having a Red Cross mobile unit onsite. Remember, the need is constant the gratification is instant as an American Red Cross donor.
To schedule a time to donate, contact Amanda Leland or Barbara Rapoza. Please provide 2 time slots that may work for you as we filled up quickly last year.
