If you answered “yes” to these questions, register right now for the Lean East one-day project management boot camp that will save you and your organization time and money.

This workshop emphasizes hands-on group participation in the development and use of key project management tools and techniques. These include the Stakeholder Assessment, Project Proposal, Initial Charter, Communication Plan and a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).  The final activity will be to transpose our WBS into an outline for a project schedule. The workshop will help students who have never managed a project before along with experienced project managers who want to get better at their job.

The instructors have over 30 years combined experience in project management and leading organizational transformation. Lead instructor George Cookman is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been teaching and applying simple project management methods for many years.
