Full Day Project Management Boot Camp 

This workshop emphasizes hands-on group participation in the development and use of key project management tools and techniques including:

• Project Overview – including the Charter and Situation Analysis, with Risks and Assumptions
• Work Breakdown Structure and Work Package Specifications to detail individual responsibilities and specific resource investments
• Time Estimates
• Returns on Investment

At each stage, there are discussions of skills and approaches useful for the project manager. The workshop is designed to provide immediate value to participants with no formal Project Management training as well as those who have worked on projects for years.
