Join us as Maine State Music Theatre Artistic Director Curt Dale Clark, who together with Marc Robin, are the co-creators of Treasure Island: A Musical Adventure, will talk about Stevenson’s seminal novel, the process of adapting the book for the musical theatre stage, how the two versions compare in terms of themes, characters, and plot, and the styles and challenges of producing the musical. He will engage the audience in discussing some of the key questions in the work and will take questions from the audience.
