Guided Late Fall Amble in the Preserve with Lisa Durrell
A mix of autumn natural history, the human story of the Cathance River Nature Preserve, and the joy of being outdoors as winter settles in. Low key, slowed paced, and peaceful.
Cameras are welcome to record a browner, quieter time of year. Please dress for the weather and for a bit of lingering at special spots. Not strenuous, but the usual roots, rocks, and some incline.
Lisa Durrell, Chair of the CREA Program Committee and former Massachusetts Audubon Field Teacher, treasures all seasons in the Preserve. Curious about things in nature, she is always learning and eager to share her sense of wonder.
This event is FREE and open to CREA Members and the community.
