To set the stage for our dynamic topic, "Nutrition from the Sea," the Maine Nutrition Council's 2020 annual conference will be held at the gorgeous Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center in Bar Harbor, ME on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
We have some great speakers lined up for the event including a keynote from Sebastian Belle, Executive Director of the Maine Aquaculture Association, and a plenary session from chef, author, and educator, Barton Seaver, plus two repeated sessions with breakout speakers! Topics for the day include: farmed vs. wild caught seafood; plant based diets from the sea; seafood on a budget; contaminants; and more! Included in your registration cost is a deliciously catered breakfast and lunch.
