Parents and employers are grappling with how to handle the reality that many parents may want or need to work from home this school year due to COVID-19—possibly with little notice if schools close again. And there’s more: Maine’s new paid leave law goes into effect on January 1, 2021!
Jordan Payne Hay, an employment lawyer at Skelton, Taintor, and Abbott will lead a discussion to answer your questions about how to navigate these issues.
