SMMC Annual Meeting of the Membership
You’re Invited: Meet the Proposed New Slate of Board Directors & Officers

Our bylaw-mandated annual meeting of the membership will be held via Zoom next Friday January 29, 2021 beginning at 8:45AM.  We will open the meeting, give a quick recap of 2020, preview some projects for 2021 and most importantly, introduce the slate of officers and directors for the 2021 Board of Directors.  We hope you can join us for what is expected to take 15 minutes or less. 

VERY IMPORTANT: The Zoom link is below, and this is very important.  This meeting is preceded by our monthly Chamber Board meeting which will run 7:30- 8:45.  Instead of having our entire board leave one Zoom meeting to just log into a new one at 8:45, we are using the same link for both. 
Thus, once you click on the link you will be put in the waiting room and at exactly 8:45AM I will let you all in.  The important part is: the meeting link says 7:30AM- but that is for the Board Meeting; you won’t be brought in until 8:45AM.  Make sense?  If not e-mail Cory for clarity or any questions you may have.
