Join Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust and Sundara Yoga for FREE yoga on the Brunswick Town Mall this Summer! This program will run from June 29th through August 31st. These classes will be led by Sundara Yoga’s skilled and qualified instructors every Wednesday (weather permitting) from 7:15 – 8:15am on the Brunswick Town Mall lawn in front of the gazebo. Just show up ready to move and breathe, this moderately paced vinyasa class will link movement with breath and gives you time to move mindfully from one posture to the next, leaving you feeling grounded and at peace. These classes are appropriate for all skill levels and ages, even the most beginner.

WHAT TO BRING:

Water
Sunscreen/sun hat/long sleeve shirt
Bug spray
Athletic attire that is weather-appropriate
Yoga mat
Blocks & a blanket if you have them
Something to cover your eyes during savasana (like an eye pillow)
