Everyone loves fresh handmade pasta! Join popular cooking instructor and bestselling cookbook author Chris Toy for this awesome Asian Fusion class. He'll walk you through the pasta-making process - starting with making the dough and then teaching you a variety of recipes you can use it for! You can look forward to rolling out long noodles, stuffing tortellini, and even folding potstickers (did you know their invention saved the life of the inventor?)!

This class will feature fresh Maine produce, seafood, and flour, introducing you to delicious local products and showing how they can fit into any recipe. And, of course, you'll have time to sample your pasta creations before the end of class. Class sizes are limited so reserve your space now!

We'll provide all the ingredients, materials and equipment, plus recipe sheets and product lists to take home. Your ticket also includes a drink of your choosing in the Tasting Room after the workshop.
