An in-person, 3-day weekend workshop to explore and uncover barriers to expression and awaken your authenticity. (Oct 21, 22, & 23: Friday 7-9pm, Saturday 9-5pm, Sunday 9-1pm.)Through a series of introductory and playful exercises and conversations, we will begin to activate breath, movement and sound in order to tap into the possible spectrum of expression that we have available to us through our voice.
