The Brunswick Hotel and Noble Kitchen+Bar invite the public to embrace the chilly winter weather and join them at their 11th annual Ice Bar, held Feb. 3rd & 4th from 5-9 p.m. each night.

This year’s Ice Bar will take you to the Northern Hemisphere to see the shimmering display of the Aurora Borealis and the Vikings that settled there. Guests are encouraged to make the most of the winter weather with our featured cocktails and local craft brews at the carved ice bar with a Viking themed luge, on the hotel's patio. Also on the patio, you will find a Knarr (the Norse term for ship) filled with oysters on the half shell, and a Nordic King’s (or Queen’s) throne ready for those photo ops. Ticket prices this year include all of the hors d'oeuvres that will be offered throughout the evening, including oysters on the half shell, arctic chowder, mashed potato bar, and other Chef composed bites.

Ice Bar attendees will be treated to live entertainment from HAMBONE on Friday evening and HELLO NEWMAN (voted Portland’s Best Local Musician/Band 2022) on Saturday evening.
