Featured Speaker is Robert Martin, Maine Technology Institute. He is the President of The Maine Technology Institute, the industry-led venture organization that invests public funds into companies engaged in development of innovative technologies and propels them to commercialization. Since 2000, MTI has invested over $142 million in Maine organizations and currently manages a $92 million portfolio of companies representing the industry sectors of Aquaculture and Marine; Biotechnology; Composites and Advanced Materials; Environmental Technology; Forest Products and Agriculture; Information Technology; and, Precision Manufacturing. He was appointed to his role at MTI by Governor Paul LePage and confirmed by the 125^th Legislature in September, 2012.

The Chamber Regional Luncheon will take place at The Inn At Brunswick Station, 4 Noble Street, Brunswick, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A full-service plated luncheon will be served. The menu: house salad, petit beef tenderloins with crispy smashed potatoes and fresh asparagus.

A special thanks to the 2013 Chamber Regional Luncheon Event sponsor, Mechanics Savings Bank, who has helped keep the cost of the luncheon to only $18 per member. Non-members and the public are welcome to attend at the regular price of $25.
