Kids as Cooks: Pickles
On Sunday, September 18, 11 a.m.-noon, children 4-10, accompanied by an adult, can learn to make delicious refrigerator pickles that need only to cure in the refrigerator for two weeks before producing a pleasingly puckered pickle experience. Each participant in this Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens program will take home the recipe and a jar of their homemade pickles. Members $7 per child/$20 for three children; non-members $10 per child/ $28 for three children.
