Starting Wednesday November 9th we will be offering the Allagash Beer Dinner to any guest any time. The price will be $27 per person (does not include tax or gratuity) and consist of three beers paired with three courses. Each “Beer Dinner” guest will also receive an informational handout on Allagash Beer Dinners at Cook's Lobster House on Bailey Island Mainethe beers, the brewer, and their history as well as promotional glassware and a coupon for a complimentary homemade dessert! Menu: Allagash White paired with Fresh steamed mussels in a lemon garlic beer broth. Allagash Black paired with Heart of Romaine salad with bleu cheese vinaigrette. Allagash Dubbel Paired with Tenderloin Tornado wrapped in hickory smoked bacon and served with hollandaise. We currently also have a Wine Dinner scheduled for Tuesday November 29th. Nappi Distributors and Pine State Trading Co. are collaborating on this wine dinner so we will have representatives from both companies as well as representatives of the wine available for questions.
