Race & Equity: Literary Voices with Dustin Ward 6:30 PM Patten Free Library (online-Zoom only) , Bath Engage with insightful literary voices in order to better understand our role, individually and as a community, regarding race in America. We will Learn, Think, and Act, with the goals to help empower people to speak up and speak out against racism. Facilitated by Dustin Ward, Racial Equity and Reconciliation Advocate, and supported by The Maine Humanities Council.

Sessions meet by Zoom every other Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. from February 28 to April 17. Preregistration is required. Texts and zoom link provided upon registration.

Dustin Ward works to end racism in communities across Maine through advocacy, education, and reconciliation. He is the founder of It Is Time, an organization that advocates for Black and Brown people of Maine. His work bridges the gap between racial groups.
