From Tree to Bottle: Maple Sugaring Workshop with Fairwinds Farm 2:00 PM Fairwinds Farm , Topsham Please join the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust and Fairwinds Farm for a tour of Fairwinds maple sugaring operation on a BTLT land easement! 

The folks at Fairwinds will share the story of their maple syrup journey from a small pot on their stove, to a whole bottling operation. This workshop will cover their entire maple sugaring process, including an overview of tapping, collecting, boiling and processing, filtering, grading, and bottling. 

You’ll have a chance to check out Fairwinds Farm’s brand new sugar shack, and taste sap straight from the tree!

Want to bring some home? Their maple syrup will be available for purchase as well.
