Maine Beer Week is a state wide celebration of Maine brewed beer and food. Cook's Lobster House is proud to be a part of the celebration with the following menu. A three Course meal of local Maine brewed beer and Maine harvested food. Allagash White paired with Fresh steamed mussels in a lemon garlic beer broth. Allagash Black paired with Heart of Romaine salad with bleu cheese vinaigrette. Allagash Dubbel Paired with Tenderloin Tornado wrapped in hickory smoked bacon and served with hollandaise.
