Maine Senior Guide, the free on-line directory of senior products, services and resources (www.MaineSeniorGuide.com) is hosting the Southern Maine Senior Expo on September 25. Visit senior-focused businesses from all over Southern Maine in a day-long Senior Expo at the beautiful, easy-access Hilton Garden Inn ballroom in Freeport. Plenty of free parking, and extended hours (10 a.m. - 7 p.m.) allow people to visit the show after work. Vendors include area senior communities, elder law specialists, travel businesses, rehab and therapy companies,home care, downsizing and estate planners and many more! More than a dozen speakers cover topics ranging from senior exercise and fitness to antique appraisal.
