Join the Amtrak Downeaster as we celebrate National Train Day!
On Saturday, May 11, 2013, the Amtrak Downeaster will celebrate the sixth annual National Train Day with a special event at the Brunswick station from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This event is FREE to the public and will feature Downeaster train tours, samples from the Downeaster Café, educational exhibits, activities for kids, ticket giveaways, and more. Please note: Passengers can try the train for only $5. This offer is valid for travel from Haverhill to Brunswick or points in-between on the weekends of April 27-28*, May 4-5, May 11-12, 2013!
