Community Calendar

Children’s mental health and the healthy development of children will be the focus of the “Communities in Action” Symposium to be held on Saturday, October 5, at Bowdoin College. The event will help participants better understand the behavioral and mental health challenges facing very young children, young adults, and families with an emphasis on why recognizing and addressing early childhood mental health issues is a community concern. All community members including business leaders, healthcare providers, clergy, parents, teachers, policy makers, and coaches are encouraged to attend the daylong conference.
