Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber announces “Golden Opportunity”: A fundraiser to help the Chamber’s scholarship fund, which benefits the school districts in its region.
Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber, in conjunction with Party of Gold, is hosting several events from October 8 through the 11 to help raise money for local schools. Money raised in each community will go to help that specific school district. This unique fundraiser not only allows people to help without spending any money, but they actually make money themselves at the same time!
How does it work? Gold, silver and platinum are still at historic high prices (currently over $1,300 per oz.) So why don’t you cash in your old, unwanted broken or out-of-style jewelry and make some money for the upcoming holiday season (or “heating oil” season) and help your local school district at the same time?? Party of Gold will pay you competitive prices (or better) for your unwanted items (not just jewelry) and then donate a percentage to the Chambers scholarship fund. It’s a win-win for everyone!
Party of Gold provides a safe, fun, convenient, environment to have your items assessed. Everything is done in front of you and weighed on a state certified scale. There is no obligating to sell and estimates are free, so bring in anything you would like to have looked at. You will be paid on the spot, if you choose to sell any of your items. Please bring your photo ID with you in order to do so.
Party of Gold is a New England based company with a Better Business Bureau – “A” rating. Local representative, Lou Christen, has been a member and Ambassador of the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber for the past few years and has been with Party of Gold since 2009.
