This is an event you won't want to miss! Our very own Seth Goodall, former state Senator from Sagadahoc County, will kick off our 2014 Luncheon series with a bang! Seth will speak about the most current events affecting businesses like yours. Most importantly, he'll talk bout solutions that could possibly help your business get even stronger!
Networking starts at 11:15 a.m. with a plated lunch served at approximately 11:40 a.m. The lunch menu is: Braised Short Ribs with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Chef’s Seasonal Vegetable
There is a $20 dollar registration fee for chamber members and guests, which includes a plated luncheon. Non-members and guests are welcomed and encouraged to attend at a nominal fee of $25 dollars.
About Seth: Seth A. Goodall was appointed SBA’s New England Regional Administrator on July 10, 2013. As regional administrator, Goodall oversees SBA’s six New England district offices and is responsible for the delivery of the agency’s financial and technical assistance and government contracting activities throughout New England.
Prior to joining SBA, Goodall worked as an attorney at Augusta, Maine-based Dyer Goodall P.A., where he represented municipalities, individuals and small businesses. In addition, Goodall was first elected to the Maine State Senate in 2008 and re-elected in 2010 when he was elected to serve as Senate Majority Leader. He was also appointed to the Maine Economic Growth Council.
Prior to Goodall ’s legal and political careers, he and his brother founded Goodall Landscaping in 1990 which has grown to 10 full-time and nearly 50 seasonal employees.
Goodall earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Connecticut. In 2005, he earned his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law.
