As the Executive Director of the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA), Steve oversees the implementation of the Reuse Master Plans for Naval Air Station Brunswick (NASB) and the Topsham Annex. Steve has nearly 30 years’ experience in land use planning, community and economic development, environmental services and business management (private and public).

An entrepreneur, consultant and former Commissioner of the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development, Steve has managed business and community development, tourism, technology commercialization and trade initiatives of the State of Maine. He has also been Chief Planner for the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission (LURC).
