Join in the September Art Walk in Brunswick!

Creativity is in the air in Brunswick on Friday evening, September 12, as artists of all kinds join together to bring you their inspirations on the streets of Brunswick! Musicians, glass artists, basket maker, painters, photographers, sculptors, fabric artists and more are looking to share and discuss their art with you.

Located along Maine Street and Pleasant Street, from Bowdoin College to Fort Andross, the artists’ venues are easily accessible and well marked with art walk flags. Some businesses along Maine street are hosting artists so don’t be surprise to see an art walk flag in front of a business. Do stop in to enjoy the art and support the businesses who are supporting the arts!

A free bus just for those moving between the art walk locations is available during the art walk, from 5-8PM. Round trips take approximately fifteen minutes so park your car once and leave the driving to the bus driver.

The Brunswick Art Walks are sponsored by the Five Rivers Arts Alliance and takes place on the second Friday of each month from 5PM to 8PM. The Arts Alliance is also sponsoring a Friday evening – Sunday afternoon, Arts Downtown and All Around holiday arts festival, November 7-9 at Fort Andross. Mark your calendar and plan to come participate.
