As part of the ongoing Ounce of Prevention series, Mid Coast Senior Health Center will host a presentation by Joshua Shean, Fire and Life Safety Educator, Brunswick Fire Department, “Remembering When: a fall and prevention program overview."
The presentation is a fire and fall prevention program for older adults, was developed by NFPA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help older adults live safely at home for as long as possible. This program will offer strategies, tools and resources for safe cooking practices, fire safety, and fall prevention.
