This webinar series is designed to help board leaders put in place a board member recruitment process and proven strategies that can transform how you and your board think about and approach board recruitment. You’ll be introduced to the concept of “strategic recruitment” and learn how to actively engage your board in the recruitment process. Each session will provide you with tools that you can use to prompt board discussion and step-by-step guidance as to how you identify board prospects, conduct your meetings with them, and welcome and orient your new board members.

Each interactive webinar will include useful handouts and tools and allow opportunities for you to ask questions and receive help from our presenter.
