This SkillBuilder will help participants set up their meetings for success by doing a thorough assessment of what needs to be accomplished at the meeting and establishing a clear purpose and set of desired outcomes. Participants will learn how keep meetings focused and on-task with intervening, summarizing, reframing, and helping groups come to conclusions. Lastly, the session will provide some key techniques for intervening when a meeting goes off track.
