Get an insider’s look at the way a nineteenth-century family kitchen functioned. From 1858, when she moved in as a young bride, until her death in 1922, Mollie Tucker prepared food in the kitchen for her family of eight, visiting friends and family, and, in the summer season, paying guests. How did she do it? What did she serve? Did she have help? This program tells Mollie’s story in the rooms where she worked. $10 Historic New England members, $15 nonmembers. Space is limited.
