Maine Technology Users Group holds state’s largest information technology conference on June 2nd.

The Maine Technology Users Group (MTUG) invites IT professionals, managers and technology enthusiasts from all industries and sectors to the 29th Annual Information Technology Summit and Tradeshow on Thursday, June 2nd, 7:30am-4pm.

The MTUG IT Summit is Maine's largest business technology conference with 15 educational sessions, 59 vendor booths, and ample time to explore a broad range of IT topics, products and services.
Workshop tracks include DevOps, IT Infrastructure, Security, "Lessons Learned/Great Mistakes", and “Tech Sandbox” (hands on technology demonstrations) on topics such as wifi installations, business continuity, cloud disasters, 3D printing, dev ops roadmap, DIY raspberry pi scoreboard, and more.

Keynote Jamie Popkin, Managing Vice President of Data Management Strategies at Gartner Research, will present, "Becoming a Data and Analytics Leader in the Digital Business Era." Mr. Popkin will show how analytics is essential for small and mid-size companies to thrive, and will focus on best practices.

Admission is $45 "early bird" rate by 5/20, $50 Advance and $60 on the event day. Student discount available. Fee includes workshops, tradeshow floor access, continental breakfast, lunch, and door prizes.
